Returns & Exchanges
Our customers' happiness is of the greatest importance to us and we hope that you will be very happy with your order. If for any reason you'd like to make an exchange or return a garment, please note that the following policy applies.
RETURNS POLICY
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of your purchase(s).
- Returned items must be in their original unworn condition, including packaging, and with all tags attached. If there is an indication that the item has been used, or damaged when trying on, it will be returned to the customer.
- The cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that returns are posted using a tracked and insured postage service, as BEATRICE PERRY LIMITED is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipment.
- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. We aim to process all refunds quickly, but please allow up to 14 working days.
- Refunds do not include shipping, except where an item has been found faulty on delivery.
- Refunds exclude any import charges.
- Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge.
FAULTY ITEMS
Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged, or with a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item has been received. Any fault must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, in accordance with the terms as outlined in our 'Returns Policy', and all other terms therein apply.
MAKING A RETURN
If you have a beatriceperry.com account, then a return can be made by logging into your account and requesting one in the Orders section. Returns can also be requested by emailing us at customercare@beatriceperry.com and stating whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We will send you a Returns Confirmation and further instructions. Exchanges must be requested by email only and cannot be made online.
